On November 7th would be gaffers the world over will rush to download the latest version of the definitive management sim, Football Manager 2015. The much anticipated announcement was made by Sports Interactive at the conclusion of the screening of the documentary film about the game, "An Alternative Reality."
There is a trailer below detailing some of the changes in this year's game. It checks in at just under a half hour, which is about right considering that, here in the UK, FM is as much a cult as a game, spawning an entire culture around it. If you don't have the half hour to spare, highlights of the new features include a completely redesigned user interface, upgrades to the 3D animation engine, scouting and media improvements, and the ability to develop into your own type of manager with associated attributes and coaching badges.
Football Manager 2015 is available for Mac, PC and Linux via Steam.
