Columbus, Ohio will be home of the first MLG eSports arena

MLG has had many great events here in my town of Columbus, Ohio and it looks like they are making this their first home.

The east side of Columbus will house the first MLG Arena complete with stages, bleachers, and broadcasting capabilities. The location will be in a building near Easton Mall, which is coincidentally where I work right now. Specifically, it'll be where Kingdom of Bounce used to be at 2188 Citygate Drive.

As to why Columbus, well the location is rather close to The Ohio State University so there's a lot of potential viewers from there. As mentioned earlier, many successful MLG events were held here. Also, Columbus is a big test bed for a lot of products as well.

The Arena should open on October 24th and the first event will be a Call of Duty Ghosts playoff.
