If you have any sort of mobile device, you have undoubtedly seen your fair share of free-to-play games. These types of games are usually a dime a dozen; they come and go and can usually hold your attention for a week or two until the next big thing comes out. That was what I expected when I picked up Marvel Puzzle Quest last December. Little did I know that more than 7 months later, I would still be playing it on a daily basis with absolutely no sign of slowing down.
Last week at the San Diego Comic-Con, D3 and Marvel showed off a new trailer for the game and made it clear that their support of the game isn’t slowing down either. The game offers weekly tournaments, a constantly growing roster of characters, and the chance to experience everything without paying additional money (although the option is there, should you choose). This week bring’s one of the most anticipated character additions to the game as the merc with a mouth, Deadpool, finally makes his way to the game.
