Threadless and Minecraft team up for new designs!
First off, if you aren't familiar with Threadless.com, shame on you. The t-shirt website is a great way for artists to show off their designs and people to pick up new shirts that just can't be found out in stores. Now, the ever popular Minecraft is teaming up with Threadless to challenge artists for new designs based on the creative game. The designers with the top designs will win cash prizes and attend MineCon at Disneyland Resort. Of course, the rest of us will have the chance to buy the shirts once they are available. Threadless challenged artists and gamers alike to bring their design to life using characters, tools, blocks and their good ole' imagination to create the Threadless Loves Minecraft t-shirt design . The chosen designs were recently released at
MineCon, and are now available
here.
Three chosen designers received $3,000 cash, a $500 Threadless Gift Certificate and an all-expenses paid trip to attend the annual MineCon convention at Disneyland Resort in Paris, which took place November 24-25, 2012.
