Sony is looking to give aspiring developers a new tool with
the unveiling of
Move.me for the PlayStation 3. Move.me is a server application for the PS3 which was revealed at GDC this week. The software will allow anyone who has access to a PS3 to manipulate and experiment by having access to the data collected by the Move peripheral.
As a result users will have access to a set of tools, officially sanctioned by Sony, that will allows hobbyists and professionals alike to develop entirely new applications for the PlayStation Move. When you put things like this into the hands of the public, the possibilities are endless... I cannot wait to see what the public does with this.
