Capcom will release Dead Rising Mobile onto the Apple / iTunes App Store today for all iOs devices.
The portable adventure title puts players back into the shoes of everyone’s favorite journalist, Frank West as he faces off against hordes of zombies in the Willamette Shopping Mall. Players will need to search every inch of the mall and its various stores for weapons and tools to use against the wandering undead. Early reports state that the control scheme is very similar to the one that was used with the iOs version of Resident Evil 4, which wasn’t all that bad.
Dead Rising Mobile also features a social networking aspect whic can be linked to both your Twitter and Facebook accounts; this feature allows you to request help from your friends when you get into trouble and for you to respond to those same sorts of requests. Responding to requests and helping your friends will result in bonus PP (experience) for both you and your friend(s). If you want to check the game out, do so early as it is launching with a special discounted price of $4.99, The price is expected to rise to a “normal pricepoint” (unannounced) next week...
