God of War Collection goes digital

The God of War Collection for PlayStation 3 will be available as a digital download on the PlayStation Network on November 2, 2010. The title joins the likes of inFamous and Warhawk as PS3 titles that have been made available in a purely digital form. The title contains both classic PlayStation 2 titles with full remastered graphics and Trophy support.
It should be noted that the digital version of the game does not include any of the bonus material or extras that were included on the retail disc of the game. God of War Collection, as it is offered through the PlayStation Network, only contains the games God of War and God of War 2. Sony has not announced a price point for the title yet, but the optimistic part of me is hoping that the lack of bonus material drops the price down lower than the $29.99 MSRP the retail version carries.

***UPDATE*** It appears as though Sony is releasing God of War and God of War 2 on PSN as two separate titles. Each title will need to be purchased seperately.
