In this dev diary, creative director Tancred Dyke-Wells talks about making Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest an accessible version of middle earth. I've been playing the game for a few weeks now and I'd have to agree, it's a bit on the easy side. That doesn't mean it isn't good--it's an enjoyable adventure hack-n-slash and as you can see from this trailer, it's surprisingly beautiful for a Wii game. Of course, coming from the same people that made House of the Dead: Overkill, I expected a good game even if the style and subject matter are radically different.
