Although I am no longer an MMO gamer, I still have to give credit to the vast sense of a complex world that can encompass those that do them correctly. With a structured economy, cities, and factions in
Kingdom Heroes, The Aeria Games MMORPG seems to hit the nail on the head. Producer Keith Kawahata at Aeria Games notes how successful the closed beta for the game was, which leads to the announcement that the game is now playable in open beta.

ANTA CLARA, Calif. - June 7, 2010 - The massive battles that will change the fate of Ancient China draw nearer as Aeria Games'Kingdom Heroes enters open beta today. After the success of its closed beta testing phase, Kingdom Heroes, the free-to-play massively multiplayer online (MMO) role-playing game, opens its doors, inviting everyone to join in the fray.
"Closed beta was such a success, and Kingdom Heroes' OBT is taking the MMO's PvP to the next level," said Keith Kawahata, producer at Aeria Games. "Everyone is welcome to join in and utilize individual keenness, coordinate guild efforts and strategize their warpath in order to emerge victorious on the battlefield. In Kingdom Heroes, players can employ devastating siege weaponry, command colossal warships, and lead customizable armies to conquer enemy strongholds. Not only does conquering these locations bring honor to the player's faction, controlling a city yields tax revenue and other bonuses for the player and his or her guild, adding a strategically dynamic system to Kingdom Heroes' game play.
