Like a lot of people who grew up with the Transformer cartoons I'm of two minds when it comes to
Transformers:War for Cybertron. There's one part that is really looking forward to the game because giant robots with guns in space is always cool and especially so when mixed with the nostalgia for seeing the original version of the Transformers in the game.
Unfortunately the other part of me remembers the epic failures of the last two games involving the robots in disguise. Sure the second game was a step in the right direction but still something I would have a hard time pulling out of a $9.99 bargain bin.
The negative portion of the brain is being assuaged a bit by all the recent videos from the game as it looks pretty good from what we've seen. Of course these videos are cut and edited to look good but they don't seem to be hiding any critical flaws that I can see. Anyway, here's the latest video that shows off the various ways you'll be able to customize your robot for the online multiplayer portion of the game.
