Well, lookie here. What have we got? I'm going to do the good news, bad news, good news sandwich here. First up, the good news is that the Ceton
InfiniTV 4 is now
up for pre-order at Zones. If you are not familiar with Zones, it's a site that caters to more corporate orders, like CDW.
The bad news is that the card is now delayed for 60 days as it's expected to ship by May 31st. That's a bit of a disappointment as I was ready to buy this card at the end of this month, not two months from now. So, we'll have to wait a bit longer for my review of the tuner card but it should be worth it.
Now, the last bit of good news that it's not $480 as the site lists but should be $399. That's what Ceton touted as the MSRP initially and a rep from Ceton said that this is most likely a mistake in pricing and they hope to get it fixed. I'm probably going to put my card in to get a pre-order lined up on the item but at least it won't be a $80 price increase when it does come out, I hope.
