I sure didn't... but that is something that PlayStation 3 gamers are noticing on the PlayStation Store, particularly in regards to the DLC for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2. A couple of blogs over the Christmas break had reported that PS3 gamers were noticing that the DLC pack for Activision's Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 that included Carnage, Psylocke, and Cable had been pulled from the PSN store. Many assumed it was a glitch or bug and that the content would pop back up eventually; here we are a few weeks later and it still isn't there. The gaming blog Joystiq decided to bring the issue up directly with Activision and got a pretty surprising response: "The Marvel: Ultimate Alliance Downloadable Content was a limited time offer, expiring on December 31, 2009."
Wait!?!?! What?!?!? This marks the first time that I recall hearing of a DLC addition only being made available for a limited amount of time. Oddly enough, I have yet to hear anyone report that the 360 DLC had gone missing... are PS3 owners the only getting the short end of the stick here?
