Pac-Man CE coming to iPhone OS on 12/10

Namco has passed along that Pac-Man Championship Edition will be brought to the iPhone and iPod Touch starting his Thursday, 12/10. The alternate take on the Pac-Man franchise was originally brought to Xbox Live Arcade back in June of 2007 and met with skepticism and criticism. However, it quickly won over most people and went on to get nominated for some awards, including a 08 Developer’s Choice award for “Best Downloadable Game”. No word on pricing, but it will probably follow the model of Pac-Man Remix and settle in on the AppStore around $4.99.  It was also mentioned that Pac-Man CE will be coming to other mobile platforms in teh near future as well.
