Xbox 360 Wireless Microphone slated to hit retail Aug 12th?

Since Lips release last year, one thing many music game players have been clamoring for is a wireless microphone for the Xbox 360 that works with Rock Band and Guitar Hero. Next week, those requests should be answered, as the Xbox 360 Wireless Microphone will be available. Initially priced at $59 as a pre-sell on Amazon, the microphone looks to be a clone of the Lips mics, but is set up to handle both Rock band and Guitar Hero in addition to Lips. Supposedly, the original Lips mics were to be made compatable with both Rock Band and Guitar Hero, but only GH has been updated so far.  We are checking with Harmonix to see if they have any type of date, because I would much rather use my Lips mics than dropping $60 on a clone.
