ANNOUNCED: Microsoft shows off original Perfect Dark for XBLA

Apparently Microsoft either forgot or didn't have enough time to announce all of their upcoming games.  Earlier in the day I dug deeper to find a bunch of Xbox Live dashboard updates, and now it looks like Microsoft has another Xbox Live Arcade game to announce.  Those who have had a chance to take a look at the Microsoft E3 booth have had the opportunity to see the original Perfect Dark running in 1080p.  For some this won't come as a big surprise, evidence of the release has been leaking out for the past few months.  But it's nice to see Microsoft finally announce it ... even if they decided not to mention it at their press conference.  Major Nelson says that the game will hit the XBLA this winter, so you have plenty of time to save up for this Nintendo 64 re-release.
