Terminator: Salvation is a reboot of the Terminator franchise, adding a much-needed gritty realism to the series (similar to what was done with the Batman films), and from what I've seen so far in trailers and scenes, things are looking
good. And like many big film releases, there will be a game adaptation that will release alongside the film. If you're interested in learning more about
Terminator: Salvation (the game), the
official site has been launched. So unless you want the entire human race to get enslaved by the army of cyborgs, you should check the site out, it's what John Connor would want you to do.
Terminator: Salvation will release a few days before the film on May 19th. The game takes place in Los Angeles in 2016 and acts as a bridge between Terminator 3 and Terminator: Salvation. Players will assume the role of humanity's last hope, John Connor, who is leading the human Resistance. There's some serious potential for this game, and despite my lack of faith in licensed movie-games, I hope this game is good. But more importantly, I
really hope the film is good.
