If you have NBA Live 09 you'll be able to access some new content for All-Star weekend. First up is the line-ups for the 2009 All-Star game. Now I don't know if it's pre-injuries or you'll get Mo Williams and Ray Allen in the East squad over Chris Bosh and Jameer Nelson for example. You'll also get the complete roster for the Rookie/Sophomore game for the first time. The players will also be wearing the official jerseys and the decked out arena will be there as well. All this for free on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. I'll be catching some of the festivities on TV this weekend as my Cleveland Cavaliers have two representatives this year.
Fans of NBA All-Star weekend can play along with all of the events this weekend with NBA LIVE 09! If you are already online and using Dynamic DNA powered by NBA Live 365, then you will automatically receive the 2009 line-ups for this weekend All-Star Game – and for the first time ever – the rosters for the Rookie/Sophomore Game. The NBA LIVE 09 All-Star Weekend DLC pack, that includes the official arena and 2009 All-Star Game jerseys, is also a free download available now on PLAYSTATION® Network™ and Xbox LIVE™ Marketplace. Powered by Synergy Sports Technology – the premier analytics provider using NBA data for 25 NBA teams – Dynamic DNA is the brain behind the game. Not only will your lineups be accurate – the player and team DNA will accurately reflect the current statistics at this point in the season, and will account for how each team will play together as a unit.
