A few months back a small advertising company raised a bit of a
kerfuffle when they added in game advertising for Subway on certain
CounterStrike servers. Valve (the developer) was not amused and
threatened legal action. It looks like they were able to work
things out though as Gamecloud is
reporting that
both parties have settled their differences. Nice to see it not
go to a full on lawsuit, especially since IGA really didn't have a leg
to stand on.
