Ticket to Ride setting a new course for Asia

For the first time in roughly 7 years, Ticket to Ride is expanding. An entirely new map, Legendary Asia, is headed to the iPad, Steam, and DaysofWonder.com. The new content will be available for purchase from in the game for $3.99.
Legendary Asia was originally released for the actual board game back in December; the map was created as one of two Grand Prize winners in the Days of Wonder “Ticket to Ride Map Design Contest”. Now, just a few months later, it is making its way to the digital versions. The digital release of the map features mountain routes, 2 new map-specific markers, and an all-new AI opponent.
Along with the new map, Ticket to Ride itself is getting a bit of an upgrade. The iOS version of the game will now support full iOS retina display support, bringing enhanced graphics to all UI interfaces of the game. The game is also receiving 45 new achievements which are spread across all of the available maps.
