The Cave launch date and price announced

by: Nathaniel -
More On: The Cave
The Cave is probably a pretty big deal to a certain slice of gamers out there.  You see, it's the creation of Ron Gilbert.  Ron Gilbert created Monkey Island and Maniac Mansion - two of the most beloved adventure games ever.  The other hand in the stew pot is Double Fine Productions, makers of the criminally under-played Psychonauts, and the Jack Black vehicle Brütal Legend.

And The Cave is an adventure game in the same vein as those.  So look at the ten people to your left and right; at least one of those people goes to bed every night dreaming of games like The Cave.

Now tell them that The Cave goes on sale on January 22nd for the PSN and Nintendo eShop on Wii U for $14.99.  It hits the Xbox Live the next day for 1200 MSP.

See, now you've just made a new friend.  They may even want to date you.  Your welcome.
