The newest trailer for
Gas Guzzlers: Combat Carnage features gameplay footage taken from a beginner race with Ficho cars. Described as being powered by "S-Nail performance," the micro cars seem to drift and jump their way around the track pretty fast. The car can't survive an onslaught of damage, thus requiring players to find repair items throughout the race. The gameplay looks entertaining enough, however, I can't support the choice of spoken dialogue lines. Their best described as "quite odd" to be placed in a racing game other than the
Twisted Metal series.
Gas Guzzlers: Combat Carnage will be available this March for Windows PC.
