Last year (in fact, one year ago Friday to be exact), Travis made a post about RollerCoaster Tycoon 3D coming to the 3DS some time in 2012.  Well, Atari has finally announced a release date of October 16th.  Features exclusive to the game consist of a new gameplay mode called "Coaster Story", a first person view for coaster rides that fully immerses players with 3D, the ability to customize the design of roller coasters and theme parks with the touch display, and more.
