Sony has revealed the next game in their HD collection initiative and it is the
Killzone Trilogy. The compilation will be released on October 23, 2012 for $39.99. Two of the three games aren’t receiving much of an upgrade, as both Killzone 2 and 3 are already available on the Playstation3. However, the original Killzone is getting the full HD treatment with a full 720P make over and full trophy support.
Seeing as how both the second and third parts of the game feature online multiplayer, Sony is including all of the DLC map packs that have been released for the games in the package. From the start, players will have access to the Killzone 2 Steel & Titanium, Flash & Thunder, and Napalm & Cordite map packs, as well as the Killzone 3 Steel Rain, Retro, and The Ashes map packs.
