Nintendo has announced that they will be holding another
Nintendo direct on Tuesday, October 1st which will focus on the WiiU and 3DS games that are coming out later this year. No word on if they will talk about a
potential update to the WiiU firmware though.
Nintendo faces a pretty tough road this holiday season. While the 3DS is still the best selling gaming device Nintendo doesn't have much going for it when it comes to the WiiU especially in light of the launch of the PS4 and Xbox One later this year. Hopefully they will be able to rally the troops with
Super Mario 3D World and maybe some new announcements to inspire the Nintendo faithful.
