Ijji.com is revealing a new sci-fi FPS game on their gaming portal, but they’re asking you to give it a name.
You have until February 10th to submit a suggestion for a title for the game. The winner will receive an iBUYPOWER Chimera 2-F PC, with four runners up getting 250 in-game currency (G Coin boosts).

IRVINE, Calif. - Feb. 2, 2009 - What is in a name? According to ijji.com, the premier nine million members-strong online destination for hardcore gamers, the answer is a hot new gaming PC or a bounty of free in-game currency. As the portal prepares to unleash a new, never-announced, harrowing sci-fi first-person shooter (FPS), ijji.com is offering its fans and the world at large the opportunity to help name the futuristic title.
ijji.com welcomes creative suggestions for its new game from Monday, Feb. 1 through Wednesday, Feb. 10 at http://event.ijji.com/newfps.nhn. After reviewing all submissions, ijji.com will announce the winning title, and the mastermind behind it, on Tuesday, Feb. 16 - along with four runners up. As a "thank you" for naming the game, the person whose entry is selected as the winning title will receive a coveted, powerful iBUYPOWER Chimera 2-F Desktop PC. The four runners up will receive 250 complimentary G Coin boosts, the portal's in-game currency.
"ijji.com takes great prides in the input we receive - and incorporate - from our community, and online gamers as a whole ," said Calvin Yang, vice president of marketing, NHN USA, which hosts ijji.com. "We are taking that sphere of influence a step further and inviting anyone interested in participating to help shape our portal. The title of this game will live on iiiji.com forever, as will the person who plays an integral part in naming it."
In the unnamed game, global warming is yielding devastating consequences as natural disasters are becoming more vicious and frequent. As melting polar ice caps lead to an ever-shrinking land mass, resources and space are becoming scarce - leading to widespread unrest amongst the world population. Extinction encroaches on the human race, driving the world's leaders to form the Earth Environment Protection Organization (EEPO). While meant for the betterment of the earth's current state, the new organization disregards many basic human rights and laws in its blind pursuit. In response to a fierce backlash, the EEPO creates a military force of elite soldiers and wages war on any factions opposing its tactics.
