Harmonix is bringing us a bit of My Chemical Romance over the next few weeks with a three-track pack for the Rock Band 3 DLC. However, much like last week’s Elton John DLC, all the songs will feature keyboard support, but one track (“Sing”) was part of
Rock Band Blitz’s catalogue, so it is actually cheaper to buy the other two songs separately if you already own Rock Band Blitz. Pricing will be $5.49/440 MS Pts/550 Wii Pts for the “My Chemical Romance Pack 01” and $1.99/160 MS Pts/200 Wii Pts per track and the usual $0.99/80 MS PTs/100 Wii PTs per song for pro guitar/bass upgrade.
Due to the holiday schedule, the “My Chemical Romance Pack 01” will first release on the Xbox 360 on 12/25/12, the Wii on 1/2/13 and the PS3 on 1/8/13. Here are the three songs that make up the DLC:
“
Helena” – My Chemical Romance O
“
Teenagers” – My Chemical Romance O X
“
Sing” – My Chemical Romance O
Tracks marked with “O” feature support for keyboards; tracks marked with “X” will offer Pro Guitar and Pro Bass expansions for $0.99 per song.
As has been the norm lately, anyone that plays any My Chemical Romance songs in Rock Band Blitz will earn double coins.
