Mad Catz announces a more mobile keyboard in the S.T.R.I.K.E. M

Need a more mobile or tablet sized keyboard? Mad Catz has you covered. They've announced a brand new Bluetooth keyboard in the S.T.R.I.K.E. M.

The S.T.R.I.K.E. M is a compact, backlit keyboard that's designed for on the go devices. Not only can you pair up devices via Bluetooth, but it can do so with NFC as well. That's pretty cool. It also features a mouse sensor and dedicated mouse buttons, which should work well for touch based games. Media based buttons help control volume on your device.

To power the S.T.R.I.K.E. M, the keyboard has a rechargeable battery. Red, black, and white are the colors the keyboard will be available when it's released this Holiday season.

This keyboard would be a great compliment for their upcoming M.O.J.O. micro-console as well.

Expected to ship in time for Holiday 2013, the S.T.R.I.K.E.M features a tablet sized footprint, ideal for mobile use and designed to interface with a wide variety of platforms and smart devices including the Company's forthcoming M.O.J.O.™ Micro-Console™ for Android™.

Part of the Company's range of GameSmart mobile products, the S.T.R.I.K.E.M features NFC technology allowing gamers to connect the keyboard simply by tapping it to a compatible device. For products without NFC compatibility, integrated Bluetooth allows for use with a wide variety of hardware including smartphones, tablets and laptops.

Powered by a rechargeable Lithium Polymer Battery, the S.T.R.I.K.E.M features illuminated backlighting for use in darkened environments, dedicated media buttons with volume scroll wheel and on board memory used for storing multiple macro commands.

The S.T.R.I.K.E.M will be available in gloss black, gloss white and gloss red.
