Kojima's next to be MGS with Raiden?

Raiden was bashed on pretty hard by a lot for those that played Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. I haven't played Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots enough yet to know how he is in the third one now that he's all shiny and metallic. Yesterday I posted that Kojima was going to announce his next game at E3 and asked what you thought it was. I replied to Cyril in the comments saying I wouldn't be surprised that if it was another MGS game. Well, G4 has an image from the press conference at GDC with Kojima showing a title card saying Mission: The Next MGS  with a small picture of Raiden in the upper right corner of the slide. So, is this the hint of his next project being a Raiden-centric Metal Gear? Like I said, I had my fill of Raiden from 2 but I guess if people aren't too upset about him in 3 then maybe one involving him instead of Solid Snake will be OK.
