I though many different things when I played Prototype 2; however, the one thing I didn't think was, "Man, James Heller needs more powers."  And I definitely didn't think, "Man, James Heller needs to shoot fricken laser beams from his eyes."

Luckily for you, I'm in the business of writing about videogames instead of creating content for videogames because in the Prototype 2 Excessive Force DLC pack, James Heller does indeed get more powers, including the ability to shoot fricken laser beams from his eyes.
