Daedalic Entertainment, curators of both excellent and not-so-excellent point-and-click adventure games, has added Edna & Harvey: The Breakout to the Steam library. Edna & Harvey puts you in the robe of a woman and her stuffed rabbit escaping a white padded cell. Despite a lukewarm English-language reception, it did better in its native German, and the trailer certainly exudes a unique character. I'm not in love with the art style (as opposed to the unarguably gorgeous library of games Daedalic usually stocks), but Daedalic is proud, nonetheless, of this one finally making it onto Steam. It's currently on sale at 10% off for $13.49.
Your Daedalic adventure collection is not complete without the game that started it all - the adventure of a girl and her pet rabbit. The very first Edna and Harvey game is now available on Steam.

Edna, a young woman wakes up without any memory of her past life in a padded cell in an asylum. She has no idea how she got there, but one thing is certain: She wants to get out!
After all, she's not mentally ill and her stuffed bunny totally agrees on this fact, too.
Together, they plan their escape and meet the utterly odd inmates of the asylum; from a man in a bee costume to the pseudo-Siamese twins Hoti and Moti. But Doctor Marcel, the head of the sanatorium tries everything in his power to prevent Edna's breakout. What are his plans for her? And why has her memory been erased? Step by step, Edna regains her memories of her life before she ended up in that padded cell...
