Tecmo is finally lifting the veil on the highly anticipated
Ninja Gaiden 3 this week at E3. A ton of information and media for the game has been released to the awaiting public.
The game is on track for an early 2012 release on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. As shown during Nintendo’s press conference earlier today, a Wii U version is also being developed but the details regarding that game are being kept under wraps. The new game is an entirely new adventure into the world of Ryu Hyabusa where they will learn more about the mystical hero than ever before. The story revolves around a mysterious, masked man who takes interest in Ryu; the man clouds Ryu’s world bu blurring the lines between good and evil for him, creating inner turmoil that may push our hero to the edge.
Ninja Gaiden 3 is going to introduce something new to the modern series with the inclusion of both cooperative and competative multiplayer modes. The specifics regarding both modes are being kept secret for the time being but will likely be unveiled as the year progresses up until the gaem’s launch.
