More On: Carnage Heart: EXA
If you're looking for a game in which you can build robots for combat from the ground up, then Carnage Heart: EXA for the PSP should be right up your alley.  Recently released on the PlayStation Network, Carnage Heart: EXA is the next game in the Carnage Heart series that began back in 1997 on the original PlayStation and lets players create mechs and design them and their actions from scratch.  The game utilizes a "hardcore strategy RPG system" and players can customize their mechs hardware as they see fit.  You can even save videos of your battles and share them over the internet...just make sure you win your battle as a big loss can be a humiliating experience.
