After being named by Penny Arcade's Tycho as his game of the show at PAX Prime in 2012, and the ensuing flood of beta of beta sign-ups,
Card Hunter will be available through
www.cardhunter.com. The first release of Blue Manchu Games is a collaboration between Jonathan Chey (Co-creator of BioShock) and Richard Garfield (creator of Magic: The Gathering).
Card Hunter is a blend of Tabletop Pen & Paper RPGs and deck-building games, with a standard campaign and multiplayer so you can duel other players online. If you want a more in-depth look at the gameplay, check out Jeremy's Hands-on Impression of the demo
here.
Card Hunter will be a free browser-based game, but if you'd like to start your deck-building with a little more, you can get the Basic Edition for $25, which includes everything you need to get started, all the single-player content, a load of extra figures and Club membership.
