The North American gaming market is inching one step closer to its Japanese counterpart as
7-11 has announced that it will begin selling used video games this coming September. The chain has been selling games in Japan for years and will now finally do the same here.
The early plans for the game sales program will involve
7-11 selling used video games priced $19.99 and less.
7-11 will only offer items for sale, not the option to trade in titles. The program is being offered to any and all franchises/stores in the North American territories, but it will be up to the individual owners/management as to whether they choose to participate or not.
Be sure to check with your local store regarding their participation in the new initiative...
