Weekly downloadable Nintendo fun!

Your trusty guide to downloadable Nintendo fun has arrived yet again. On today’s menu we have the usual: DSi, Wii, and Virtual Console downloads.

Nintendo’s DSiWare download of the week is entitled Pinball Pulse: The Ancients Bekcon. A classic game of pinball with a mythological twist – you encounter the friendly 12 Olympians, and the not so friendly Medusa and the Sirens.

Gravitronix is featured for the WiiWare this week. This game is basically pong on speed. You can choose from different objects to projectile against up to 7 other players. Each object has its own properties; some are fast and weak and others are slow but strong. You can customize the level in accordance to how difficult or hectic you want your game to be. Take out your opponent’s shields before yours while using your gravity and charge abilities.

Last, but usually never least, is the Virtual Console download of this week. The Mad Gear Gang are back in Final Fight 2 and Maki is determined to save her father (who is also Guy’s master) and sister after they have been kidnapped. Venture out on their journey with Haggar, Maki and Carlos in the hopes to retrieve them and put an end to the Mad Gear Gang’s madness…again.
