Before you feast on some turkey, feast your eyes on the video showing off some of the new features for the Unreal Engine 3. It's a short demo that also points out the highlights of what the engine can achieve right now. Some variant of this will be powering Gears of War 3 and a whole host of games I'm guessing in the near future.
