I have not idea what the name means, but the newest installment in Square Enix's THEXDER side-scrolling series is now available on the PSN.  The original came out on the PC over two decades ago and NEO promises the same intense action of the original with new features like improved visuals and 6-player online races.  So grab your PSP and check out this new arcade title, for only $9.99.
