Most people think of using glasses to see 3D but Sony's
working on something kind of cool. Using a similar technique, they're working on displaying two different images on one display. The glasses, that a person wears, hides the frame that they don't want to see so they can see a separate image over what the other person sees with their glasses.
Imagine having two players playing on one TV, each with their own separate view of the action and not be confined in a split screen that limits their view anymore. Or, one person can be playing a game while the other can be watching TV. Yes, you'll need to wear shutter glasses to be able to see but it's an interesting concept that could have some very good uses. Color me intrigued
