Last August, we posted that NAMCO Networks and NAMCO BANDAI would be consolidating into a single company. Now, some six month later, that move has been finalized. The new company name will be NAMCO ANDAI Games America Inc and will be headed by Kenji Hisatsune, who came from the NAMCO Networks side of the house. The first game to be released under the new name will be Body and Brain Connection exclusive for Kinect on the Xbox 360 on Feb 8th.

After making the initial integration announcement in August, the company moved quickly to strengthen its position in the gaming industry by broadening its portfolio of gaming titles and making them accessible across more genres and connected devices.
