Sengoku Basara: Chronicle Heroes
While the title may not have won over fans in the United States, Capcom’s Sengoku Basara series continues to flourish in Japan. A new entrant in the series was announced for Sony’s PlayStation Portable later this year in Japan. Sengoku Basara: Chronicle Heroes is being planned for launch this summer.
The game was announced at a special event in Japan celebrating the fifth anniversary of the series. Chronicle Heroes’ announcement came with few details aside from the statement that it would be a “team action” game. It is unknown whether or not Capcom plans on bringing the game westward, even though I would love to see more from the series. It seems as if I am in the minority when it comes to Western gamers who enjoyed the recent release for PlayStation 3 and Wii.
