Oh, its really a wallet. Valve has finally added “wallet” functionality to the
Steam service which allows users to store funds on their account. You should be warned though, that once you transfer money into your
Steam wallet, it is there for use and
Steam for good. Valve will not offer any refunds or transfers for funds transferred into your wallet. Once in your wallet, the funds can only be used for products and services through the
Steam interface as well... so load up wisely...
