Follow up: Zelda- The Hero of Time taken down

Let's be honest... we knew that it was only a matter of time.  A few weeks back I posted some news regarding a fan film entitled The Hero of Time which was based on Nintendo's Ocarina of Time; well, Nintendo also caught wind of the project and did what any big corporation would do and shut the project down.  As sad as this news is (to me) I think that the Big N handled their selves in a very respectful and professional manner.  The film makers have stated that while Nintendo contacted them earlier in the month, they were given permission to continue distributing the film through December 31, 2009.  As of January 1 though, the official distribution of the movie has ceased.
