EA selects Patrick Kane as NHL 10 cover athlete

It looks like Chicago Blackhawks forward and rising NHL super start Patrick Kane will be the cover athlete for NHL 2010.  It's not too surprising as he's been rumored to be the cover athlete since E3 but it's now semi-official.  I was really impressed with what I saw at E3 this year and while I think NHL 2K10 has the better cover athlete in Alexander Ovechkin I think EA has the edge in the gameplay department.
