The Wall Street Journal is
reporting that Electronic Arts will have a strong presence at the Apple event next Wednesday. This adds fire to the
rumors that their new slate computer will have gaming capability at some point. Given how gung-ho EA has been with their EA Mobile brand this isn't too much of a surprise but the real question is what kind of games the slate will be getting.
The unique interface of the device means that ports of main stream franchises will require some work and I'm guessing that the initial batch of games will be upscale versions of what the company is offering for the iPhone/iPod touch.
