Blizzard's been quietly working on their next MMO and a lot of folks thought it would be in the lines of a
Diablo or
StarCraft. Not so, according to Activision CEO, Bobby Kotick.
On a
conference call last night, Mr. Kotick stated that the next MMO coming from Blizzard will be a brand new IP. He stated that both projects from Blizzard and Bungie will be something completely different, which should be welcome news for those that want to see the companies try their hand at something other than what they've done before.
So, now speculation is running rampant on what could Blizzard be working on that's not 'Craft or Diablo related.
