Bethesda suing Interplay

In a case filed September 8th, Bethesda has sued Interplay for failing to commence full scale development of a Fallout MMO and to secure funding for the project. Part of me is not surprised since we haven't heard from Interplay in a while. The last we really heard of this was when Interplay announced they were developing Project: V13 with Masthead Studios last April. I think a Fallout MMO would be kind of cool and certainly different from a lot of the MMOs out there to this date. It's just a shame there's all this ugliness attached to the project now and I wonder if it will ever get off the ground.
