Earlier this week, the
Independent Game Festival announced the finalists for their 12th annual indie game awards on their
official website. Over the past couple of years, independent game developers have been taking some of the industry limelight from the big box devs with modern day hits like N+ and Braid. There are many contenders in this years awards, across various categories, which will more than likely see promising futures on the mainstream consoles and format in the next year such as Joe Danger and Super Meat Boy.
