Battle of the Immortals launching closed beta April 13

To be honest, I have not heard of this PC-only MMO before today.  Battle of the Immortals is the "next big thing" from Perfect World Entertainment.  There is an introductory developer diary that was posted last week explaining what we can expect from the game.  Some of the highlights I chose from the information provided:
  • It uses a completely different engine and is more action oriented than other games from Perfect World Games.
  • There's a underwater level!
  • I saw someone riding a woolly mammoth!
These three points alone have demanded my attention.  Did I mention this will be free to download and play?  Be sure to watch the video below or hit the game's site for a ton of other information.  Battle of the Immortals hits closed beta next week and should be released later this Spring.
