Tabula Rasa is dead and gone but Richard Garriot still needs his green to support things like his trips into space. Kotaku
has a report that Lord British is taking NC Soft to court for the sum of $24 million because of what he thinks is fraud. That's a lot of gold pieces to fight over. Maybe it's just because the game wasn't that much fun being the reason that it didn't do so well? I remember meeting with Richard at an E3 way way way back when he was talking about the game and how it was vastly different than what it turned out to be. I have to say it was kind of cool at the time to be briefed on his idea for the game along with Lord Blackthorn, Starr Long sitting next to him. Fast forward about six years or so and now we got a dead game and a big lawsuit.
