Another character appears in the Kojima countdown

Below you can see the latest character to appear in the countdown for one of Kojima's next games. Now, the easy answer would be that this is Raiden but there's one little difference. Raiden has blue eyes. The character below has brown eyes. Someone different perhaps? We'll know in a few days.
